Nutrition Coaching →It depends on your goals and how fast you want results. Most clients start at 2-3 sessions per week for the first 8-12 weeks while we build the movement library and the program. After that, some clients drop to 1-2 sessions while running the written program solo on the other days. Olympia-prep clients often stay at 4-6 sessions per week year-round.
