Couples Personal Training — built around you.
Train alongside your partner with programming that respects both of your starting points. Same hour, same room, two prescribed programs running in parallel. Built for couples who want the accountability of training together without compromising either person's progress.
Why this service is the one we get the most questions about.
Couples training is one of the most common asks at Limitless — and the most often poorly executed elsewhere. Most trainers run couples through the same circuit and call it a session. Chris's model is different: both partners get individual movement assessments, individual programming, and individual progressions. During the hour, you're often doing different exercises at different intensities, with coaching attention rotating based on who needs the cue at that moment. The shared element is the time, the accountability, the energy of training together. The individual element is everything that determines whether you actually progress.

The questions we hear about couples.
Can my partner and I have completely different goals?
Yes. One partner training for a marathon while the other is rebuilding strength post-injury? No problem. The programming is individualized — what's shared is the hour and the coaching presence.
What if our experience levels are very different?
Common scenario. We program each of you to your own starting point and progression rate. You'll often be doing different exercises in the same hour — that's the design, not a bug.
How is the coaching attention split?
It rotates intelligently — whoever needs the cue in that moment. Compound lifts (squats, deadlifts) get full attention. Accessory work allows for one of you to be working while the other is being coached. Over the hour, you both get the focus you need.
Is couples training cheaper than two solo sessions?
Yes — per person, the rate is meaningfully lower than two separate solo sessions, because the hour is shared. Free consultation lays out the math.
Do we need to train together every session?
Not at all. Many couples do one shared session per week and one or two solo sessions each, depending on schedules and goals. The mix is whatever actually works for your lives.
