What gym access do I need for online coaching?
Standard commercial gym access is ideal — a barbell, dumbbells up to 100 lb, a cable stack, a rack. We can program around limited home setups, but the more equipment, the more options in the program.
How are check-ins handled?
Weekly. You send videos of the week's key lifts, your training data (weights, reps, RPE), and any bodyweight/measurement data we're tracking. Chris reviews, comments on form, and adjusts the next week's prescription. Asynchronous so it works across time zones.
Is online cheaper than in-person?
Yes. Per month, online coaching runs meaningfully less than weekly in-person because there's no facility time. The trade-off is you have to bring the in-room discipline yourself.
Can we do online and occasional in-person sessions?
