The questions we hear about nutrition.

Do I have to track macros?

Yes for the first 6-12 weeks of any prescribed nutrition plan — that's how we know what's actually happening. After that, some clients move to intuitive structures with periodic re-tracks. Tracking isn't the goal; it's the data that proves the plan is working.

Will you tell me I can't drink alcohol or eat my favorite foods?

No. Sustainable nutrition has to include the foods and rituals you actually like. We work them into your weekly macros. The goal is a plan you can run for years, not a six-week white-knuckle.

Do you sell supplements?

Not as a revenue line. We recommend a small handful of clinically-supported supplements (creatine, protein powder for convenience, vitamin D if you're deficient) when they fit. We don't sell branded stacks.

Can I do nutrition coaching without training with you?

Yes. Nutrition is a standalone service. Many clients run it while training on their own program or with another coach.

What if I have a medical condition that affects what I can eat?

We coordinate with your physician or registered dietitian for any condition that requires medical nutrition therapy (diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorder history, food allergies). Personal training nutrition coaching is general-population — we don't practice outside our scope.
